How often should I service my vehicle?

Regular servicing is necessary to maintain the performance and reliability of your vehicle. Follow your manufacturer’s recommended service schedule, or contact our service centre to find out your next service appointment.

Can I delay servicing my vehicle?

It is not recommended to delay servicing even if you are not facing any issues to ensure that the reliability, safety and performance of your vehicle is maintained.

What if my vehicle doesn’t start?

When your vehicle will not start, there are a few things that could be the issue such as a dead battery, a bad alternator, or a bad starter. It could even be a bad sensor or a stretched or broken timing belt. If it is the starter or dead battery, you will hear a click when you try to start the ignition. To determine which it is, you can use a voltmeter to check the battery. When the vehicle is off, it should show 12 volts. When you turn the key to start the vehicle, it shouldn’t drop below 10.50 volts and if it does, then it is most likely the battery.

Can I still drive when the check engine light is ON?

When the check engine light comes on and is solid (not blinking), we recommend you to bring it to our service center to have it checked. We have a special code reader to properly diagnose the problem for you.

What should I do if my engine overheats?

Immediately stop your vehicle and switch off the engine and arrange for our service centre to pick up your vehicle.

Why is my engine oil brown?

There is a fault with the heat exchanger, causing the engine oil and coolant to mix.

Why are my brakes squeaking?

They are worn out and need replacement, or the brake lining is contaminated. You will likely need a brake inspection and replacement to determine the issue.

Do I Need an Appointment for Service?

We recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure that an advisor is available to assist you. Appointments allow us to take care of your vehicle as quickly as possible and provide you the best transportation options during the service. However, if you are worried for the safety of your vehicle or feel that it is an emergency, please bring the vehicle in and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you Use Genuine or OEM Parts?

We mostly use genuine parts for repair of all our vehicles.

However, we may provide OEM parts as a more cost efficient option, depending on your vehicle’s needs.

Do you Provide Warranty on the Parts Used?

Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty on all parts used.

Can I Go to an Independent Workshop if my Vehicle is Still Under Dealer Warranty?

Yes, your dealer warranty will remain valid, unless the independent workshop does not perform maintenance according to dealership standards.

What is Included in your Cost Estimate?

We include the cost of the genuine spare parts required, labour, and any additional services such as towing and pick-up/delivery. We will always get approval of the cost before carrying out any work.
